Sommelier and owner David Gordon oversees the cellar at Red Room and keeps it well stocked with interesting old and new world wines, mainly from France, Italy and Spain, America and New Zealand .
Thanks to an amazing wine dispenser which preserves the opened bottles, the entire wine menu is available by the glass. Red Room is definitely one of the few places in Chiang Mai that can offer almost 100 different wines.
