Crystal Walk is a must-see exhibition at River City Bangkok. Opened in 2020, this exhibition room, reimagined by Agatha Gallery, offers a brilliant showcase of more than twenty crystal formations found all over the world. Each piece is of rare beauty.
The formation of crystals is a long and complex process that requires two elements: volcanic activity and water. The crystals on display are estimated to have taken 30,000 to 50,000 years to create. Remarkable specimens and familiar treasures showcased there include one of the largest specimens of azurite “suns” on matrix ever found, a rare Octahedral pyrite from Huanzala, Peru and a unusually large calcite crystal on amethyst from Santa Catarina, Brazil.
The Crystal Walk exhibition also features crystal formations found in USA, France, Uruguay, Indonesia, and India collected over 15 years by Robert McLeod, geologist and owner of Agata Gallery.
This free exhibition can be seen at River City Bangkok, 3rd floor.
