Nath Deeanandlarp, owner of the restaurant, has personally worked with professional chefs on the conception of each dish. He left for America and Canada at a very young age before graduating engineering in Australia and returning to Thailand, his homeland. Other than that, food had always been his passion, he decided to settle in Chiang Mai and open a restaurant serving all his favorite dishes. Antique and everything served is made in-house by their team of chefs, bakers and baristas. Luckily for customers, each step of their cooking can be seen through the open kitchen where all pastas are home-made; bacon is woodsmoked; the tomato chorizo salad is made with locally grown cherry tomatoes and ribs are roasted in the oven with coca cola... there are so many special techniques which make each dish tasty and unforgettable.
Indoors, the restaurant features a rustic and warm atmosphere with brick walls and wooden tables. Each decorative antique piece comes from the personal collection of Nath’s father. And there are more on the way!
