The concept of the cafe is very simple: local dishes prepared with love and local ingredients. FahTara’s menu presents a large selection of delicious Thai dishes, healthy choices and vegetarian options. Don’t miss tasting their signature “Lanna Herbs Garden Salad”. A light and refreshing mix of salad leafs and fresh herbs served with shrimps or tofu and a delicious tamarind and crunchy coconut dressing (160 Baht). The squid salad (180 Baht) and the Banana blossom salad (160 Baht) are also worth trying. Vegetarians will love the Khao Soi with tofu, the Zucchini Spiral Pasta (160 Baht) and the vegetarian spring rolls (140 Baht).
FahTara also serves a range of coffee and teas along with a rotating selection of desserts. Their signature drink is FahTara Tropical - a freshly handcrafted lemonade infused with a blend of Thai herbs, a hint of mint and a refreshing lime taste.
