FOOD FOR GOOD FUNDRAISING CHARITY DINNER
AT KHU KHAO RESTAURANT, RAYA HERITAGE
A 6-course Wine Dinner with Live Music
On October 20th at Raya Heritage , Chiang Mai.
In collaboration with esteemed partners Bangkok Airways, Bangkok Liqueur, and the culinary prowess of Chef Fang Natthaphong Norchuwet.
This upcoming charity dinner is aimed at supporting the "Food for Good" project. This initiative is dedicated to promoting nutrition and ensuring access to complete nutrients necessary for the growth of children in Thailand's remote areas.
This charity dinner will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 6:30-10:00 p.m., at Khu Khao Restaurant, Raya Heritage Hotel, Chiang Mai-Thailand.
A fusion of local inspiration and French creativity, masterfully orchestrated by Chef Fang, renowned for his expertise in French cuisine. Chef Fang will collaborate with the culinary team at Raya Heritage to craft a tantalizing this unforgetable six-course meal. Each dish will showcase the exquisite flavors of local ingredients, complemented by the artistry of French culinary techniques and these delectable courses will be thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines.
Full income from this dinner will be donated to the Food for Good project (without deducting any expenses).
Food for Good is a project to support children in remote areas and ensuring they receive the complete nutrition required for their growth and well-being. Beyond fundraising, this initiative places a strong emphasis on education, regularly training and supporting teachers and childcare professionals to ensure the sustainability of proper nutrition. www.foodforgood.or.th

งานดินเนอร์การกุศลเพื่อระดมทุนช่วยเหลือโครงการ Food for Good จะจัดขึ้นในวันศุกร์ที่ 20 ตุลาคม 2566 เวลา 18:30-22:00 น. ณ ห้องอาหารคุข้าว โรงแรมรายาเฮอริเทจ ในรูปแบบของการผสมผสานแรงบันดาลใจจากวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นเข้ากับความคิดสร้างสรรค์แบบฝรั่งเศสโดยเชฟฟาง ณัฐพงศ์ หน่อชูเวช ซึ่งมีความถนัดในด้านอาหารฝรั่งเศสโดยเฉพาะ ผสานทีมครัวจากรายาเฮอริเทจ ร่วมกันสร้างสรรค์อาหารทั้ง 6 คอร์ส เสิร์ฟกับไวน์รสชาติดี พร้อมเสียงเพลงจากการบรรเลงดนตรีสดตลอดมื้ออาหาร
Food for Good เป็นโครงการที่สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมโภชนาการเด็กในพื้นที่ห่างไกลให้ได้รับสารอาหารที่จำเป็นต่อการเจริญเติบโตอย่างครบถ้วน ซึ่งไม่เพียงแค่การระดมทุนช่วยเหลือเท่านั้น โครงการ Food for Good ยังได้ให้ความรู้แก่ครูและบุคคลากรที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลเด็กด้วยการฝึกอบรมและติดตามผลอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อสร้างความยั่งยืนทางโภชนาการ เพราะเราเชื่อว่า “โภชนาการที่ดี” คือรากฐานของการเจริญเติบโต เด็กๆ ทุกคนควรได้รับอาหารและสารอาหารที่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน เหมาะสมตามวัย เพื่อมีสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี เว็บไซต์ www.foodforgood.or.th
