Steaks are basically charred on the surface and cooked to your desired doneness.

Order your steak and choose from a wide range of delicious sauces: Béarnaise, Chimichurri, Creamy Parmesan Garlic Mushroom, Thai spicy, Creamy Pepper Corn, Gravy or BBQ sauce. Depending on the weight of your steak, you can select up to three different sauces and two side dishes. Gourmet will also be happy to enjoy their steaks with the house’s special Truffle Sauce and, or, American Whisky Sauce.
