Newly refurbished, Adorn by Studio Naenna, the city show room and retail shop of Studio Naenna textiles, has committed to sustainability since they opened their doors in 2005. The brand works hard at being innovative and sustainable in all aspects of the business. This includes designing, sourcing and manufacturing fabric and clothing in a way that benefits all the people involved at each stage of production, including their community while minimizing impact on the environment.
Browse through a unique variety of fair-trade, hand-woven scarves and shawls, clothing and tailor-made items at Adorn by Studio Naenna. Enjoy walking through the company’s beautifully re-furbished shop and discover the wonderful colours that can be achieved with natural dyes including 100% natural indigo dye on cotton and silk made in Chiang Mai. In addition to natural dyeing, Studio Naenna produces exquisitely crafted patterns on their textiles, with ancient weaving techniques such as weft ikat and supplementary weft that adorn their products including accessories, interior textiles, wall hangings and cushions.
All the textiles created under this roof are handmade in every sense of the term: Indigo seeds are sown by hand; the plants are nurtured and harvested with sustainable farming methods, then dyeing, weaving and sewing is all made by traditional artisan craftswomen. When visiting the store the professional advice and designs from owner Lamorna or one of her team members, can only lead you to the right choice of clothing
or souvenir you are looking for.
