THAI HOT POT WITH A VIEW
Since its launch less than a year ago, the culinary team of the award-winning Khao Restaurant by Four Seasons has surprised visitors and residents with innovative recipes - each dish featuring a fascinating story of the region’s rich legacy.
This month, Thai Chef Anchalee Luadkham notches up her culinary mastery with the newly launched Thai Hot Pot - available every Friday evening at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai. Guests can savour classic broths: tom yum (hot and sour broth with lemongrass, galangal, chilli and kaffir lime leaves) or tom kha (silky coconut broth with Thai aromatic herbs and chilli oil) – and
cook up their meats, Royal Project-fresh vegetables and sustainable seafood to create a perfect dining experience.
Guests who choose a Premium Upgrade can enjoy premium meats and half a lobster tail per person. Chef’s homemade sauces are another highlights of this culinary experience: chilli lime sauce with coriander root, and a delicious fermented tofu sauce with sesame. The beautiful view from Khao Restaurant overlooking the rice paddies and the misty mountains plus Friday night live music for this special evening are bringing this luxurious dining experience to another level. Every Friday, 6.30 pm onwards at Khao by Four Seasons. Classic Hot Pot at THB 840++ per person. Premium Hc2ot Pot at THB 1340++ per person. Enjoy beverages at additional THB 700++ per person (freeflow Prosecco, Thai beer and Thai wines).
