Princess Elsa is the new star at Tiger Kingdom and all she wants to do is eat and sleep! Elsa is a Snow-White Tiger of seven years old, she travelled to Chiang Mai from Canada and her bond with her new caretakers is very special.
She is one of the only thirsty Snow White Tigers in the world. Her white coat is caused by a single recessive gene; the suppression of dark color on the stripes is thought to be caused by another recessive gene (thought to be “wide-band” gene).
Her generally mild demeanour earned her a reputation as one of the most affectionate tigers at Tiger Kingdom. Curious and affectionate, playful and sweet, Princess Elsa will warm your heart the moment you lay eyes on her. She spends most of her days lounging about or saying hello to visitors. Her favourite treat is chicken and you can meet with Princess Elsa at Tiger Kingdom every day for an exclusive moment during her Feeding Activity.
In Chiang Mai, Tiger Kingdom Chiang Mai is the place to have an “up close and personal” experience with the big cats. The memorable experience lasts 10 to 15 minutes and allows you to take pictures with small, medium, big or giant tigers, under the supervision of professional keepers.
