“I am from Napoli and I am General Manager at the resort. I am also in charge of Four Seasons Tented Camp-Golden Triangle in Chiang Rai.”
What did you know about Chiang Mai before you moved here?
“I came a couple of times with my wife and our two children. We just loved these family trips in the northern capital. It was great experiences.”
What do you like most about your profession in luxury hotels?
“You don’t become rich when you work in the hotel industry. It’s a seven-days operation that can’t stop, but you get awarded and feel happy. Making guests satisfied is a great challenge; seeing your team members growing, achieving goals and receiving recognition is certainly a time to be proud of; and meeting with guests in our properties is always so interesting.”
What do you like least in your profession?
“There are challenges but everyday is different.”
What do you like most in Chiang Mai?
“I like the diversity of the city. We can drive to town, do some shopping, get a foot massage and yet come back to a peaceful and quiet resort in the mountain.”
What is the latest surprise at Four Seasons Chiang
Mai?
“It must be our Thai Hot Pot with a view! Every Friday evening at Khao Restaurant - visitors can savour delicious broths (tom yum and tom kha) with a selection of premium meats. All that with the superb view.”
Nestled among emerald rice fields, Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is a sanctuary of well-being, perfect for unwinding, recharging and finding your fulfillment with individually-tailored experiences.
