I have to admit I did fall in love with this golden brown cake from my first bite. It was made with Lotus Paste Seed. A quite savory and salty combination of flavors. Sweet thanks to the Lotus Paste Seed and salty with the salted duck egg yolks.
The second piece was more of an adventure to me as it was made of Durian. And that was an interesting bite, even though I am not a big fan of durian. I have to say it did not smell as strong as durian and felt good. This taste should be a delicacy for anyone who likes Durian fruit.
