When it first launched in 2014 at Empire Tower in Bangkok, Muteki quickly became the preferred all-day dining venue among office-goers in Sathorn and beyond. Within two years of opening, Muteki has expanded its business in the city with three more branches.
For the first time, outside of Bangkok, Muteki has expanded its service to Northern Thailand, in the city of Chiang Mai!

Muteki’s menu incorporates a variety of Japanese delicacies including sushi, sashimi, tempura, maki, donburi, chirashi, tonkatsu and steak. Engawa Lavadon is a must for sushi lovers. The dish contains truffle oil as one of the ingredients. Truffle, the rare mushroom that can only be collected from limited forests, is very well known for its scrumptious taste and unique scent. We highly recommend this wonderful dish. You will be surprised how truffle and Japanese cuisine go together incredibly well.
To satisfy Thai and Western tastes and preferences, Chefs also prepare many fusion dishes using premium-grade ingredients from Japan. Another must try fusion dish is Wagyu Burger. Wagyu beef is not an ordinary cattle. Its marbling fat content brings on unusual pleasing scent and tenderness that literally melt in your mouth. Muteki then ferment the wagyu beef with a special sauce. The final outcome is a great tasting burger that you must try.
A great meal must be accompanied with great desserts too. At Muteki, they have a wide selection of Japanese-French desserts to choose from. One of the must-try desserts is the Fluffy Soufflé Pancake. This French-inspired dessert is an unlike ordinary pancake. It is fluffy and mouthwatering. Truffle butter and vanilla sauce are also served with the pancake.
