Strict hygiene measures are followed to ensure the safety of all guests and staff. These include getting your temperature checked upon arrival, and every room is disinfected every two hours.
My personal spa-experience at Fah Lanna Spa was just magic. I was escorted to my treatment room by Mrs Peer, my very sweet therapist. Peer is a certified therapist, she has been working at Fah Lanna Spa for almost four years. She showed me into the room which was beautifully decorated in Lanna style, with textiles from the North and exquisite paintings by local artists.
I was then in for a 60 minutes moment of relaxationand happiness. My Head-Back-Shoulder Massage was both pampering and rejuvenating. Peer massaged these areas firmly by using a technique with her hands to relieve the tension and stiffness.
Head-Back-Shoulder Massage is a great technique of relaxation, because a lot of people have problems related to the postures they adopt in their daily routines. The stiffness and tension can cause headache, stress, migraine, shoulder and back pains and these can lead to chronic unwellness within our body. This technique also alleviates blood flow and activates circulations. After one hour I was profoundly relaxed and ready to work on a computer again.
