At ORB, the journey began with a simple idea—sharing “wholesome meals”. It all started by cooking for friends, and the desire to create menus that everyone could savor. Inspired by Rarin Villas, a retreat that ORB owner created to unwind, surrounded by guest rooms, it became a place for hosting intimate gatherings filled with delectable dishes that were loved both by the owner and his friends.
The many dishes you can enjoy at ORB are carefully curated, sourced from remarkable cuisines found all across Thailand. Because these culinary gems were often difficult to find in Chiang Mai, they meticulously adapted and curated them, infusing them with the distinctive "ORB signature taste".

จากเมนูให้เพื่อนทานสู่เมนูที่อยากให้ทุกคนลิ้มลอง คือ คอนเซ็ปต์ที่ทำให้ อิ่ม เอิบ @ ORB เริ่มต้นขึ้น จากแรงบันดาลใจของระรินวิลล่าส์ ที่ถูกออกแบบให้เป็นบ้านพักส่วนตัวของเจ้าของร้าน และแวดล้อมไปด้วยบ้านพักอีกหลายหลังสำหรับเพื่อนฝูง และแขกผู้มาเยือน ทำให้บ่อยครั้งมีการจัดเลี้ยงเกิดขึ้น และเมนูอาหารต่างๆก็จะถูกคัดสรรตามความชอบของเจ้าของและเพื่อนๆ ซึ่งอาหารส่วนใหญ่ที่ถูกคัดสรรมาเป็นอาหารที่เสิร์ฟในร้านอาหารดังๆหลายๆ ร้านทั่วประเทศไทย
ด้วยความที่อาหารเหล่านี้หาทานยากในเชียงใหม่ ทาง ORB ซึ่งเป็นร้านอาหารหน้าระรินวิลล่าส์ จึงได้รวมรวมเมนูเด็ดๆ และได้นำมาปรุงแต่งในแบบฉบับของ ORB โดยเราเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบที่สด และคัดพิเศษ เพื่อให้ได้รสชาติอาหารที่กลมกล่อมมากขึ้นโดยไม่ใส่ผงชูรส และพยายามไม่ใช้เครื่องปรุงใดๆ ที่มีส่วนผสมของผงชูรสลงในอาหาร เพื่อให้ได้อาหารพิเศษสำหรับแขกคนพิเศษของเรา
