- 200g steamed rice
- 1g curry powder
- 30g pineapple
- 10g onion
- 5g raisin
- 50g chicken
- 20g cashew nut
- 20g soy sauce
- 50g bell pepper
- 5g garlic
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the onion and garlic.
- Add the chicken, then the sweet peppers and continue to stir.
- Add the pineapple, raisins and cashew nuts.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly and serve in a hollowed-out pineapple.
