Chef Attawat Krittapol-Tone, a native of Chiang Mai, presides over the kitchen. He has spent years working at the Dusit Princess and Le Meridien Chiang Mai and decided to get on board at Riva Restaurant since it opened. As the restaurant’s menu reflects his personal taste, don’t miss out on the delicious Salmon with Tamarind sauce (THB 310), BBQ Meat Lover Burger with beef, pork belly, ham, bacon and an egg (THB 320), Portofino Chiang Mai Wrap and the delicious Portofino Chiang Mai Pasta with spicy Northern Thai sausage, chili and hot basil (THB 250).
