Chiang Mai Pride 2025 – "Beyond Celebration"
This year, Chiang Mai Pride goes beyond being just a celebration. Under the theme "Beyond Celebration", we are transforming the event into a true platform for the voices of the people. We have gathered representatives from diverse sectors to present demands that reflect the needs of our communities — including public and private health organizations, Northern labor networks, trade unions, sex worker rights groups, local activists, Sapphic Pride communities, disability advocates, and many more.
These demands have been formally submitted to all political parties, along with an open invitation to listen to the voices of the people and work together to drive meaningful policy change.
We believe that true pride leaves no one behind. Every silenced voice, every overlooked need, and every unrecognized right deserves to be acknowledged, uplifted, and addressed. Chiang Mai Pride is committed to serving as a bridge between the community and policymakers — striving for a society where everyone is treated with dignity and equality.
We will continue moving forward with determination and resilience, until real change is achieved in Thai society.
