@ THE CONSUL’S GARDEN
   Consul in Paradise is the new drink this month at The Consul’s Garden. Made with butterfly pea juice, lemon and soda, this drink is as refreshing as it is pretty. It is one of the house’s signature drink and can be enjoyed indoor or in the garden, overlooking the calm Ping river.

@ RAMING TEA HOUSE – SIAM CELADON
   This famous Tea House, located on Thapae Road, houses a green, calm and refreshing garden, behind its 100 years old Lanna colonial teak house building. This summer, they have created a light and refreshing dish of Miang Kam Busaba with Thai tea sauce, their signature dipping. Miang Kam is a local northern dishes wrapped in betel leaves. This elaborate menu includes organic flowers, apple, toasted coconut, dried shrim, cashew nut, shallots and umami. It is flavor with the house’s signature sauce, made with Thai tea. This dish can be enjoyed as an appetizer or a salad, it balances all four elements of the body.
