For now over a decade, Raming Tea House has been a favorite meeting place of Chiang Mai for both visitors and residents.
In 2004, famous art lover and celadon designer Daeng Wangwiwat renovated an elegant Lanna Colonial Teak housewhich had been in her familly for generations. She foundedRaming Tea House after the name of her husband’s tea brand, Raming Tea. As soon as it opened it built a reputation as a place of sophistication and indulgence.
The house has won many awards and combines, elegance,charm and refinement. The menu highlights tea drinks: black,green, organic, and Thai herbal, delcately picked from the mountains of Northern Thailand and served hot and cold. To accompany your drink, a selection of healthy cuisine made with tea ingredients has been created, along with savoury home made cakes.
