Whether you are visiting Chiang Mai for the first time or you are a local, our beautiful city has so many great coffee places to offer. And one that has recently opened and really needs to be discovered is the cozy The Riverside Bakery & Coffee.
Owned by the same group of friends who owns The Riverside Bar and Restaurant, and located right opposite this famous place, this coffee shop is a lovely place to sit and relax. And it might soon become a quiet escape for nomads. In addition to great coffee, The Riverside Bakery has a charming aesthetic and cozy look. Indulge indoor in one of their huge leather sofa or choose to sit in the garden with big trees and flowers. The shop is best known for their Blueberry Cheese Pie, Opera, Apple Pie and Tiramisu but don’t miss their Organic Wild Honey Toast and newly added to the menu : sweet and sour Croissants. Pastry Chef Champ has a hotel background and only uses the best for his work: flour and butter are from France, chocolate from Belgium and honey is organic, from a small local community in Loei Province.
Ever thought of the combination of all-day dining and great coffee? The Riverside offers just that in this cozy place. A selection of fusion Thai cuisine is at the menu with favorites Spinach Cheese Roll, Salmon Pizza with rocket salad and Mascarpone, Open Sandwich with Smoked Duck (or vegetarian), Panang Beef with Red Chili Paste and Stir Fried Basil Leaves with Smoked Duck and Fried Egg (THB 150).
Coffee Drinks are just delicious with prices starting from THB 50. Signature drink includes: Dirty (with milk, wipping cream and espresso at THB 75); Affogato (with vanilla ice cream and espresso at THB 95) along with orange coffee, blues coffee, smoothies and sodas. Our favorite goes, of course, for the Martini Coffee (THB 95) which is served all-day long.
